Shipping and Delivery

How We Do It

Processing time is 2-4 days and products are shipped according to the shipping mode chosen at purchase. We aim to exceed your expectations from start to finish. Please keep in mind that shipping carriers add on a time range, but you will be notified from start to finish via email.  

 

Once packages are confirmed for delivery, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with any pending investigation.

Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick-up at the holding facility.

Our Return Policy

  2. Qualified refunds will be processed minus the initial shipping fee. The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. 

  3. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and unused. In other words, it should be in its original, unaltered condition.

  4. Return Period: You have 15 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. It's important to note that this is a specific time frame, and major holidays are not counted as part of these 15 days.

  5. Major Holidays Excluded: The policy excludes major holidays from the 15-day return period. This means that if a major holiday falls within the 15-day window, the return period is extended to accommodate the holiday.

Always check the specific return policy of the company you are dealing with, as return policies can vary between businesses. What happens if I want to cancel my order?

Important Information

We are not able to cancel an order once it has been fully processed and moved to shipment. Once it has been shipped, the order must be shipped back and processed as a return. The initial shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
